3Tblsp flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 (15 oz) can salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg; Add flour and baking powder and stir just to mix. Drain and flake salmon and add to egg mixture. Heat 1/2 inch oil in skillet. Form into patties and fry, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
