2 or more cups cornbread crumbs
2 cans pinto beans (undrained)
Mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes (drained)--may use fresh tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes (drained)
Bacon, cooked crisp

Directions:
Directions:
Place cornbread crumbs in baking dish. Heat pinto beans and pour over cornbread crumbs. Add a layer of mayonnaise, onion, pepper, tomatoes, and rotel. Crumble bacon on top.
