2 cans sardines packed in olive oil, drained
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
Olive oil
White wine
Capers to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the sardines in fair amount of olive oil with the garlic until the fish breaks up. Add enough white wine to make sure there is enough liquid with the oil to make a sauce that will coat the pasta that you are using. Add capers.
Toss with cooked penne, withholding some of the sauce to top the dish off just before serving.
