4 chicken breasts, split (since I use four half breasts, I "cut" the other ingredients in half.)
flour
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 cup sherry or white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken with flour. Pour melted butter into a 9x12 inch pan and add chicken, plump side up. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, basting once. Sprinkle chicken with cheese and add sherry or wine. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes, basting twice.
