1 package gnocci (look in the pasta section at the grocery store)
1 c. broccolini (or substitute any green veggie)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
red pepper flakes, to taste
parmesan cheese, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil gnocchi according to package instructions. Steam or boil broccolini (or spinach or asparagus) for 1-3 minutes until desired tenderness), drain.
Saute garlic until golden; add cooked gnocchi and brown lightly. Mix in broccolini, add red pepper flakes to your liking, and top with grated parmesan cheese.
