2-3 # Pork roast
Oatmeal
Summer savory herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil roast in salt water till well done.......remove meat from broth...Put summer savory herbs into broth.

Grind 1/2 or more of the meat...return to broth.
thicken broth with oatmeal........add enough oatmeal till you can't hardly stir...put back on the stove and boil till well done..(oatmeal is soft)
Press into loaf pans,,cool over night..slice, in melted butter,,brown well in fry pan.. serve / syrup
