1 C Sugar
1/2 C Shortening
3 Eggs
3 Ripe Bananas
2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 C chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine the sugar and shortening. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add to mixture. Crush and add the bananas. Sift together the dry ingredients and then add to the mixture. Complete the mixture by adding walnuts. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.

For a healthy alternative, substitute 1/4 C Oil and 1/4 C fat free Vanilla Yogurt for the shortening.
