1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Blend in the egg yolks and the half and half. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Blend with the rest of the mixture. Heat the pan until hot enough to cook. Fill each space about 3/4 full. Turn 3 times, leaving a small hole for butter, bacon, jam, powdered sugar, cinnamon or honey.
