1 1/2 pounds of ground meat
3/4 cup oats, uncooked
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg, beaten
1 loaf pan

Directions:
Directions:
1- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack firmly in ungreased loaf pan.
2- Bake in a Preheated oven 350º F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
