2 packs cornbread mix
2 celery stalks
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 can chicken broth
2 eggs
4 slices wheat bread, toasted
2 t sugar
[jalepeno pepper]

Make cornbread per recipe
sautee celery, onion, bell pepper in butter
Break up cornbread in bowl
Add vegetables, chicken broth, toast, sugar
Beat 2 eggs, add
Bake at 350 until clean knife, ~2 hours
