4 large tortillas
1 cup light sour cream-NOT fat free
1/2 stick light cream cheese
garlic powder to taste
Pace Mild or Hot Picante sauce-NOT thick & chunky
2 cups finely shredded taco flavor cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sour cream, cream cheese and garlic powder. Spread this mixture evenly over the tortillas. Dribble thin layer of picante sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/2 cup shredded taco flavored cheese. Roll up. Place and store seam side down in refrigerator over night to set. Slice just before serving.

These roll-ups are a huge hit when you need to bring an appetizer. They go fast, so best to make a double batch.
