1 package chow mein meat
2 stalks celery
2 large onions, chopped
soy sauce
celery salt
garlic salt
beef bouillon cube
water
flour (to thicken)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stockpot, season chow mein meat with celery salt and garlic salt. Brown meat and drain grease. On top of meat, place chopped onion. On top of onion, place chopped celery. Add enough water to just cover the layered meat. Add beef bouillon cube. DO NOT STIR. Shake in about 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cover and simmer on medium for about 30 minutes WITHOUT STIRRING. Thicken with mixture of water and flour. Serve over chow mein noodles and/or rice.
