1 large package of cut up raw chicken
3 cups green or red grapes (I use 1 1/2 cups of each)
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. pepper
Cashew nuts (as many as you like)
mayonnaise - fat free, lite or regular depending on what you like.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in stockpot with water for about 25 minutes. Let chicken cool. Separate chicken from the bone. Remove and discard skin. Cut up the large pieces of cooked chicken. Fold in grapes, sour cream, celery salt, pepper and cashews. Lastly, stir in mayonnaise, enough to coat.

The sour cream adds a lighter touch. Great with both green and red grapes.
