Ingredients:  
2 lbs. ground pork
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
1 can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup plain bread crumbs

Combine the above ingredients and form into bite size balls. Palce on jelly-roll pan and bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.

Make the following sauce:

1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 cup pineapple jiuce
1 cup beef consume
2 1/2 T. finely chopped ginger
1/3 cup plus 1 T. sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened. Pour over cooked, warm meatballs and serve with toothpicks.
