12 lg red potatoes 2 lg onions Salt Garlic/pepper mixture oil
Wash and potatoes and leave skins on. Slice thinly. Cut onions in thins slices then separate. Heat skillet and oil then add potatoes and onions. Fry until desired brownness. Salt, pepper/garlic to taste.
