2 egg yolks
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts or coconut
3/4 c. preserves or jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks. Mix flour in by hand until crumbly (like pie crust before adding water, only bigger pieces.)

Sprinkle half of mixture in pan. Press down lightly with hands. Spread preserves over crust. Add nuts to remaining mixture, then sprinkle over top of preserves.

Bake at 350º until lightly browned. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle to with confectioners sugar.
