Pecan Roll-ups Recipe

½ cup finely chopped pecans
¼ cup Sugar
¼ t. cinnamon
1 refrigerated pie crust (Pillsbury in the red box)
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
In a small bowl combine the pecans, sugar and cinnamon.
On a lightly floured surface, unfold the room temperature pie crust and roll it out just a bit with a rolling pin.
Brush the top of the pie crust with water so the nut/sugar mix with adhere and spread the nut mixture over the pie crust. Make sure to go out to the edges.
Uing a pizza cutter or very sharp knife, divide the circle into 16 pizza shaped wedges.
Start at the outside edge and roll inward. Bend slightly to create a crescent shape.
Place 1" apart on baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and store in an airtight container.
