Ingredients:  
1 large head Romaine lettuce
1 tomato, cubed
1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed
black olives, cut in halves
1 green pepper, cut in cubes
6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
garlic salt to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Sprinkle with croutons.
Mix oil and vinegar with garlic salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and drizzled over the salad.
