1 large can drained and mashed sweet potatoes
cup white sugar
2 eggs
cup milk
teaspoon salt
1/3 cup stick margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all above ingredients together spread in a greased/oiled 9x13 casserole dish.

For topping mix:
1 cup light brown sugar
cup all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup melted margarine

Spread on top of the sweet potatoes.


Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
