1 sweet potato
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon of table salt

Directions:
Directions:
1.) slice sweet potato into bite size slices (about 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick).
2.) place chips, oil and water into frying pan.
3.) saute.
4.) add salt and brown sugar.
5.) cook until chips are golden brown.
