2 c. dried cherries
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. celery, very finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh ginger, minced
6 T. apple juice
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in 2 quart microwave bowl. Cook, uncovered, at full power for 6 minutes. Stir and return for 8 minutes more. Cool. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Serve with pork, turkey, chicken or ham.
