4 1/2 C sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
2 sticks oleo
180z chocolate chips
1 1/2 t vanilla
2 C pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and milk to a boil, constantly stirring, for 10 minutes. Put oleo and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Add milk and sugar mixture and beat quickly and alot. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour in 8x12 pan. Let cool. Cut into small pieces.
