1 lb shrimp
Tony's seasonings
2 T olive oil
1/4 stick butter
1 T paprika
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 C water
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T corn starch
2 T green onions, chopped ( optional )
parsley, chopped ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Season shrimp generously with Tony's. In a large pot, add olive oil and butter. Add paprika. Saute shrimp about 5 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
To pot, add onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until soft, about 10 minutes. Return shrimp to pot, add water and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer slowly about 40 minutes.
Add mixture of corn starch and water slowly until slightly thickened.
Serve over rice. You can garnish with green onion and parsley.
