1/2 C soy (or teriyiki) sauce
1/4 C vegetable oil
2 T white vinegar
1 T garlic (I just used the jarred minced garlic)
1/4 C ketchup
Lots of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat 1 hour to a day. Cook on the grill.
You can also put the meat and marinade in zip lock bags and freeze for future meals.

I usually double this recipe and make up two packs of boneless/skinless chicken thighs. We've also used boneless/skinless chicken breast.
