Apple Slices Recipe

3 c. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
Corn flake crumbs
1 c. sugar + 1 T. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
Mix together and spread over apples.

Mix together flour, salt, oil & milk. Press into 9x13" pan. Spread with fingers to cover bottom & up sides of pan. Sprinkle with some corn flake crumbs. Fill high with cooking apples (15-20 apples).
Mix 1 c. sugar and 1 T. cinnamon. Pour over apples.
Bake at 400 for 50-60 min. Check during last half hour & cover when brown with foil. Check with toothpick to see if apples are tender.

Glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar & milk if desired.
