1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or swiss)
1/2 pound of your choice of pre-cooked meat (ham, ground beef, sausage, bacon, chicken)
1/4 cup green or red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
dash of pepper
1 deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Blend milk, mayonnaise, eggs, and cornstarch. Add other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.

My family prefers swiss cheese with ham or chicken and cheddar with sausage, ground beef, and bacon. I sometimes make this for lunch or dinner and serve with sliced carrots and or broccoli.
