12 eggs
2 lb. brown sugar
4 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
1/2 c. Karo Syrup
1 lb. butter, room temperature
1 1/2 lb. chunky peanut butter
8 tsp. baking powder
42 oz. quick oatmeal
16 oz. chocolate chips
1 lb. plain M & M's
2 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350º.

Using electric mixer, mix together eggs, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, karo syrup, margarine, peanut butter, and baking powder. Stir in by hand: oatmeal, chocolate chips, M & M's, and walnuts. Let it set up for a while. If it is too soft, add up to 1 1/2 cups flour.

Using an ice cream scoop, drop dough on cookie sheet topped with parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 12 -15 minutes. Makes up to 100 large cookies. Can also freeze dough in scoop size drops on cookie sheet. Store in ziploc freezer bag and bake as needed.
