2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese - softened
2 cups of chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 chopped onion
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tsp. season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup of pecans, bell pepper, onion, pineapple and season salt.

Chill cheese ball at least 3 to 4 hours. Roll cheese ball in remaining 1 cup of pecans.
