1 box of chopped broccoli
1 cup instant rice
1/2 chopped medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pound velvetta cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in microwave for 5-7 minutes. Cook rice according directions on rice package, Cook chopped onion in butter -1-2 tablespoons for 3-5 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and cheese cubes stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Add cooked broccoli and cooked rice, stir together to blend. Spary 9 x 11 pan with Pam. Cook in over at 350 until bubbly-approximately 20-30 minutes. Receipe may be doubled.
