2 T. butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
2 packages French's Turkey Gravy Mix
2 cups cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, onion, celery and mushrooms in a small saucepan. Cook until tender but not brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Add gravy mix and water; stir until blended. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring 1 minute until thickened. For extra flavor, add 2 T. white wine and 1/4 tsp. thyme. Yields: 2 cups
