2 c. diced potatoes
1 medium onion
2 diced celery stalks
2 1/2 c. water
3 T. butter or margarine
3 1/2 T. flour
1 3/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 c. milk
4 slices crisply cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onion and celery in boiling water, covered until tender. Over low heat, melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour, stir until smooth and thickened. Add to potato mixture. Crumble bacon and add.
