5 lbs ground beef (crumbled & browned - can substitute some sausage)
1 1/2 red onion – cut in small pieces
2 12 oz cans tomato paste
30-40 tomatoes
15-20 mushroom – quartered
1/3 C basil leaves
1 large sprig rosemary
3 bay leaves
2 C water
2 T Salt
1 1/2 T garlic powder
1 T sweet basil
1 T pepper
2 t oregano
2 T parsley
3 T Presti for spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Scald tomatoes for 20 seconds, peel and core. Transfer browned meat to very large saucepan. Blend tomatoes, onion, mushroom, basil for a few seconds. Add to pan with meat. Throw bay leaves and rosemary sprig into pan whole (don’t blend). Add 2 cups water and juice from tomatoes. Add spices and tomato paste. Cook on medium heat for 3 – 4 hours.
