Ingredients:  
1 pkg lentils
3/4 C rice
1 small chopped onion
1/2 C olive oil
5 - 6 cups water
1 1/2 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil until golden brown (until it matches the color of the lentils).Add lentils with 5 1/2 to 6 cups water. Bring to boil, then turn to medium for 30 minutes. Add rice and salt. Stir well, once. Cook uncovered on low until water is absorbed. – approx. 20- 25 minutes. Stir before serving. Top with yogurt to serve.
