1 med onion, chopped
3 T cooking oil
1 lb ground beef
2 cans vegetable soup, undiluted
1 can shoe peg corn
1 C ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute onion in oil. Add beef and cook until beef is done. Add vegetable soup and shoe peg corn; mix well. Add ketchup and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over toasted hamburger buns or Fritos.
