Olive oil
1 green
1 red bell pepper
1 medium size onion
garlic
1 lb ground beef
1 16-ounce can tomatoes
1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
chili powder
salt and pepper
Louisiana hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
1 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, peppers and garlic in a pot with olive oil until brown. Add ground beef and cook until beef begins to brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and kidney beans. Stir together. Add red wine, chili powder, salt and pepper, Louisiana hot sauce
and Worcestershire sauce. Bring ingredients to a boil and leave uncovered. Lower heat and simmer for one hour.
