1 pkg stew cubes
1 T vegetable oil
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, cleaned and sliced (or a good handful of baby carrots)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew cubes in oil. Pour soups in crock pot and add one can of water. Add meat to crock pot. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook on high for an hour then turn down temp to low. Cook another 3-4 hours or until meat and veggies are done.
You can add mushrooms and other veggies.
