1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chili sauce (i.e., Heinz)
1/4 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add veggies. Simmer all 30 minutes. This recipe is easily doubled.
