Ingredients:  
2 lbs ground meat (turkey, hamburger, chuck, etc)
2 eggs
1 can tomato sauce (save some for topping)
Couple of handfuls of quick cooking oats
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Onion; chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cook in loaf pan or casserole dish at 325* for about 45 minutes. Add sauce topping for last 10 minutes.
