1 1/2 lbs sliced onions
1/2 C oil
1 1/2 T fresh paprika
2 lbs beef chuck
6 T water
1 1/2 T tomato puree
Salt
Pinch marjoram
Drop vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in oil until they appear golden. Add paprika and stir. Cut beef chuck into 2 inch pieces and simmer 5 minutes. Mix in the rest of the ingredients, cover, simmer 3-31/2 hours. Comes out with a real nice sauce. Good over noodles or rice.
