12 oz pkg White Vanilla Chips
1 T Peppermint Extract
Ritz Crackers (about 2 sleeves)
12 oz pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Melt chocolate in microwave. Add peppermint extract; stir well. Dip Ritz crackers into mixture to coat. Place on waxed paper. Let sit until chocolate is set.
