12 large Potatoes
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
Topping:

1/4 C melted Butter
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and boil until done; drain water. Add cream cheese, sour cream and spices. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. If needed, add a little water. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan; cover with foil. Refrigerate until needed. When ready to use, drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered with foil, at 350º for about one hour.

I use one large potato per person. This is a great dish that you can make one or two days before your big meal! Just keep covered in fridge until ready to heat.
