5 baking potatoes
6 slices bacon
1/4 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp margarine
milk
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the 5 potatoes until done. Brown ground beef and drain. Fry 6 slices of bacon until crisp and crumble. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato and place in bowl. Save the skins. Into the bowl, mash potato, sour cream, margarine and milk until it is a stiffer mixture. Into the 10 half skins, spoon evenly the ground beef and bacon. Spoon potato mixture on top of meats. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake again for about 30 minutes in 350º oven or until warmed through and cheese starts to lightly brown.
