2 T olive oil
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 t marjoram
1 bay leaf
3 stalks celery, cut thin
1 bunch sliced green onions with tops
1/2 C sliced almonds
2 10-ounce packages frozen green peas
black and cayenne pepper

Mix olive oil with bouillon cubes, marjoram, and bay leaf.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on high for approximately 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes covered.
Stir and serve.
