1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained but not rinsed
8 oz. cooked and peeled shrimp (optional)
6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. of fresh basil, chopped
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully drain the cooked pasta and place in a large bowl. Mince the garlic. Add the garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, and tomatoes to pasta. Gently toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Add shrimp right before serving.
