3 medium Baking Potatoes
4 T melted Butter
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush; leave skins on. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. In a casserole dish, combine melted butter, salt and pepper. Place potatoes, cut side down, in butter mixture. Bake at 450º for 45 minutes. Lift out with a spatula and serve with cut side up.
