1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, cut in halves
1 lb bacon, slices cut in halves

Sauce
1/2 c ketchup
1/3 c sugar
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap bacon around chestnuts and secure with toothpick. Bake on foil lined cookie sheet at 350 for about 30 minutes. Pour off grease. May be frozen at this point.
Blend sauce in blender. At serving time, dip chestnuts in sauce, put on baking sheet and reheat at 350 about 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.
