1 Granny smith apple
1/2 Small white onion
1 Avocado
1 Jalapeņo (optional)
1 T. of fresh lime juice
2 T. of fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 1 diced, peeled Granny Smith apple, 1/2 diced small white onion, 1 minced jalapeņo pepper, 1 diced Hass avocado, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss well.
