1 box of elbow macaroni.
2 c. velveta cheese
1 c. milk
1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni.
In another sauce pan, melt cheese and milk together. Pour cooked macaroni into cheese mixture. Add stewed tomatoes.
Serve warm.

The Geraghty family never ate meat on Friday night. That is how this became one their Friday night favorites. It also became a favorite of Amanda's and Nick's as well when it was passed down to me. Their father Steve prefers it without the tomatoes.
