1 loaf white bread
1 stick butter
1 large onion
3 stalks celery
1/lb sausage
1 T. rubbed sage
2 c.chicken broth
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, melt butter. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add sausage. Cook until brown. In a separate bowl, break up bread and cover with chicken broth. Add sausage and onion to bread, along with sage, salt and pepper.
Either stuff a turkey with it or you can bake it in a casserole at 350* for about 25 to 30 minutes.
