8 strips of bacon 3 eggs 1/2 c. bisquick 1 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded. dash of salt and pepper
Fry Bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Melt butter. Add eggs, bisquick, salt, pepper and milk to butter and blend together. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Cool before serving.
